Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be new, unused, with tags and original packaging, together with the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, write to us at assistenza@oneshotstore.com.
Returns are shipped to: OneShot Store di Alisani Muzafer — Via Provinciale 14, 24020 Peia (BG), Italy.
We do not accept parcels sent without prior authorisation.

If the return is approved, you will receive the instructions for sending the item back.
The refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving and checking the returned item.
If you have not received the refund after 15 days, contact us.

Who pays for the return

If the item is faulty, damaged or wrong, the return is on us: we send you the shipping label.
The first size exchange is free.
If you return an item because you changed your mind, return shipping is at your cost: ship with the courier you prefer to the address above. The refund is in full: nothing is withheld.

Damage or wrong items

Contact us straight away if you receive a faulty, damaged or wrong item, so we can sort it out quickly.

Items that cannot be returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or made-to-measure products
  • Personal care products or cosmetics
  • Perishable items (e.g. food, plants, flowers)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Pre-orders are not part of this list. A size ordered while it is out of stock is not a made-to-measure garment: it is a normal purchase with deferred delivery. The 30 days from delivery apply, and you can cancel at any time before the garment ships.

Exchanges

For an exchange, return the item and then buy the new one separately. The first size exchange is on us.

EU customers – right of withdrawal

For orders shipped within the European Union the law gives you 14 days to cancel or return your order, with no need to give a reason, as long as the item is new and undamaged. We give you 30: whichever term is more favourable to you applies. In case of withdrawal, return costs are at your expense, as stated above.
