Shipping policy
What is in stock
I ship on Mondays and Thursdays: whatever is in stock goes out with the next shipment, usually within 48–72 hours. Tracking arrives by email.
- Italy — 2–4 working days. Free shipping over €69, otherwise €9.99.
- European Union (26 countries) — €14.99.
- Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the other non-EU countries served — €19.99. Duties and customs charges are paid by the recipient.
Free shipping applies to Italy only, on carts of €69 and over. Outside Italy there is no free-shipping threshold: the cost is always the one shown.
For destinations abroad I do not state a number of days: transit times depend on the destination and on customs. At checkout you see the exact shipping cost and whether your country is served.
What is made to order (pre-order)
If the size you want is sold out you can still order it: the garment is made and reaches you in 35–40 days from the order. Those are real days, production and transport included, not an optimistic estimate. The price is the same. You pay when you order and you can cancel at any time before the garment ships.
Mixed orders
If your cart holds both in-stock and made-to-order items, I ship twice, at no extra cost: first what I have, then the rest.
Problems with your delivery
If your order arrives damaged, wrong or late, write to me within 7 days at assistenza@oneshotstore.com and we will sort it out.
